1. Booking Confirmation

• Bookings made through our website are subject to availability.
• A confirmation email/SMS will be sent upon successful payment and reservation.
• The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of system errors, overbooking, or suspected fraud.

2. Payment Policy

• Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets.
• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways.
• Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date may attract a cancellation fee.
• No refunds for no-shows, early check-outs, or last-minute cancellations.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

5. Identification Requirement

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) at the time of check-in.

6. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and behave responsibly.
• Unlawful or disruptive behavior may lead to eviction without refund.
• Damage to property will be charged to the guest.

7. Modification of Booking

To modify a booking, guests must contact the resort directly at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in. Modifications are subject to availability and applicable charges.

8. Children & Extra Guests

• Children under 5 years stay complimentary with parents (without extra bed).
• Extra guests or beds are chargeable and must be disclosed during booking.

9. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to check-in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation will be charged 100% of the booking amount. No refunds will be provided.

10. Force Majeure

The resort shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control (natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, etc.).

11. Website Accuracy

While we strive to keep all information updated, errors in pricing, availability, or content may occur. The resort reserves the right to correct such errors at any time.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of online bookings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

3. Check-In/Check-Out Policy

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Conduct

6. Liability

• The Resort is not responsible for loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings.
• Use of swimming pools, banquet halls, or other amenities is at the guest’s own risk.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property and will be charged accordingly.

7. Banquets & Events

• All event bookings (weddings, parties, conferences, etc.) require a separate agreement.
• Noise limits and event timings must adhere to local regulations.

8. Children & Extra Guests

• Children below 5 years can stay free with parents (without extra bed).
• Additional guests beyond room capacity must be declared at booking and may be charged extra.

9. Pets

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in writing by resort management.

11. Force Majeure
